The luncheon
will be held on December 8th at Carrabba’s.
We’ll arrive at 11 and lunch will
be served at 12. The lunch will be $20 a person. The following will be
served at the lunch:
Appetizers:
Quattro Formaggio Pizza
Zucchini Fritter- Julienned zucchini breaded and fried, served with a
garlic aioli sauce.
Caesar Salad
Lunch Options:
Trout Nocciola- Trout breaded with hazelnuts and
breadcrumbs, grilled, topped with lemon butter, basil, and roma
tomatoes. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.
Pollo Rosa Maria- Chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and fontina
cheese topped with mushroom basil lemon butter sauce. Served with pene
pasta with pomodoro sauce.
Mezzaluna- Half-moon shaped ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese,
spinach, and chicken in a sugarosa (tomato cream) sauce.
Dessert:
Sogno - 2 brownies layered on top of each other brushed with
kahlua, with homemade chocolate mousse in between and homemade whip
cream on top drizzled with chocolate sauce.
